[CANCELLED 11/20/2025] - SCCASP Board Meeting

UPDATE: Hi everyone, thank you for setting aside time for today’s SCCASP meeting. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, neither Sherry nor Kim are able to lead today’s Board Meeting, and it looks like only a few of us were able to attend. Because of this, we will be canceling this meeting. We look forward to seeing you at the upcoming PD in December and at the next Board Meeting in the new year! Our board meetings provide insight into SCCASP’s planning process, including upcoming professional development opportunities, advocacy initiatives, and member engagement activities. These meetings are a chance to share your voice, offer feedback, and discover how SCCASP can support your practice.

Thinking about volunteering or joining a committee? Attending a board meeting is a great first step toward deeper involvement. Meetings are open to all members, and we welcome your ideas and input.

Meetings are conducted using Robert’s Rules of Order to ensure a focused and efficient agenda. While only elected board members may make and vote on formal motions, all attendees are encouraged to participate in the discussion. We invite you to attend the full meeting or drop in when you can. SCCASP is committed to being transparent, inclusive, and responsive to the needs of our membership.
